Pinnacle Group is looking for a dedicated Early Morning Office Cleaner to join the Pinnacle Workplace cleaning team. This is to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene and upkeep of offices and cabin at Sofidel based in Lancaster. Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.

Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all staff and visitors to a high standard throughout the building. You will be reliable, detail‑oriented, and committed to delivering excellence. We are offering a part time permanent position working 5:30AM - 8:30AM, Monday to Friday. If you take pride in maintaining a safe and clean environment and have experience in industrial cleaning, we would love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning toilets facilities, hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
  • To clean and sanitise touch points, door handles, push plates, skirting boards and other surfaces including window sills within easy reach
  • Cleaning in communal areas including office spaces and kitchen facilities
  • Waste management– collection, transportation, and storage of waste for both internal and external areas

Key requirements will include:

  • Access to own vehicle is essential as there is NO public transport to the site early morning
  • Good knowledge and experience and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment including COSHH and Health and Safety
  • Good timekeeping and attendance are important
  • Ability to work to laid down schedules
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
