Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support HR operations and business partnering across our UK workforce. This role will manage end-to-end HR processes, ensure compliance with UK employment legislation, and provide strategic guidance to business leaders on people initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in HR Operations, UK employment law, contract staffing, Workday HRIS, and HR Business Partnering. This position is well suited for a hands-on HR leader who can balance operational excellence with strategic impact in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
- Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, documentation, and HR administration.
- Support permanent employees, contract staff, and Employer of Record employees while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and UK statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee, contractor, and HR transaction data in Workday while ensuring strong data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Legal, external EOR partners, and business leaders to deliver efficient HR services and a strong employee experience.
- Advise managers on employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, HR policies, people management, and UK employment legislation.
- Drive performance management, talent management, succession planning, learning and development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Monitor workforce metrics, HR analytics, audits, and governance activities to identify trends and recommend practical HR interventions.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation, including the Employment Rights Act, Equality Act 2010, Working Time Regulations, Agency Workers Regulations, Right to Work requirements, UK GDPR, National Minimum Wage regulations, and IR35.
- Manage contract staffing and EOR workforce processes, including onboarding, renewals, extensions, transfers, offboarding, and compliance obligations.
- Improve HR processes, policies, SOPs, Workday workflows, and operational practices to strengthen efficiency, compliance, and service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to HR Operations and HR Business Partnering.
- Essential experience supporting UK HR operations and applying UK employment law in a business environment.
- Strong knowledge of IR35, Agency Workers Regulations, Right to Work requirements, the Employment Rights Act, Equality Act, Working Time Regulations, UK GDPR, and related compliance obligations.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS, including employee data management, reporting, and process optimization.
- Experience supporting contract staffing, Employer of Record operations, recruitment, staffing, consulting, or workforce solutions environments is highly preferred.
- Strong experience partnering with senior business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across Payroll, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Compliance.
- CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 certification is an added advantage.
