About the Role: We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Lead FFE Designer to take ownership of assigned projects, from brief to execution. This role strikes a balance between design excellence, growing leadership, and client collaboration. You’ll work closely with our senior team while developing your own project leadership skills, driving furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) design that is both innovative and commercially viable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee specific projects with support from senior designers.
- Lead the development of designs based on client briefs and project needs.
- Attend client meetings and lead design discussions.
- Manage preparation of all project design outputs.
- Ensure selection of compliant and high-quality furniture, materials, and finishes.
- Support workload management and delegation of tasks to design assistants.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth execution and expectation management.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
- Develop commercial awareness regarding quotes and design costs.
- Ensure ISO 19650 standards such as compliance with BEP, DEIRs and productions of TIDPs etc.

Requirements:
