Location: DN10 community
Hours: Part-time or Full-time (Flexible shifts – mornings and evenings)
Pay: up to £14ph if ready qualified

Are you a friendly, honest and reliable person who enjoys making a difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a qualified Community Support Worker (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) to join our caring and dedicated team supporting individuals across the DN10 community.
About the Role
You’ll be working with people in their own homes, providing high-quality care and support to help them maintain their independence and quality of life. Duties include:
- Assisting with personal care
- Medication management
- Providing social support and companionship
- Respite sits to support family carers
- Encouraging and promoting independence and well-being
You’ll be supporting clients in the Everton and Bawtry areas, so a driver is preferred for wider community work, though some walking rounds are available for local clients.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Caring, compassionate and trustworthy
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Holds (or is working towards) NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- Ideally holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle
