PinLocal is an established but very fast-growing Internet Marketing business based in modern co‑working offices in Derwent Business Centre in central Derby, with a team of remote workers.
We operate comparison websites in the legal and home moving sectors.
Our business is simple – we match consumers looking to compare quotes and services, with businesses who can provide those services.
We have had rapid 15‑fold growth over the past 7 years and are now market‑leaders in our core.

Due to the growth and success of the business, we are looking to recruit passionate and service driven Account Manager to add to our growing team.
The Job:
- Conducting outbound Business2Business sales calls
- Managing existing customers to maximise the value of each account
- Providing consistently excellent customer‑service
- Keeping accounts in balance to ensure lead provision
- Understanding customer’s needs and able to retain customers
- Being accountable for hitting monthly sales KPIs & call volumes
- Obtaining new customer reviews
- Making effective notes on the company’s CRM system
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery
- Being involved in a range of marketing campaigns from start to completion.
The hours are Full Time, Monday to Friday, regular business hours. No weekends or evenings.
You will work within a small but highly motivated team in a busy but fun environment. We are a small internet-based business so you will not simply be a “number” in a large organisation!
You will have a dedicated manager who will provide regular feedback, both informal and formal so you are constantly on track and understand what is expected of you.
