Role Overview:
As an HR Consultant, you\’ll act as a trusted partner to SME clients, delivering high-quality, hands-on HR advice across the full generalist remit. You\’ll support everything from day-to-day HR queries to complex employee relations cases, organisational change, and the development of robust HR frameworks.
You\’ll also play a key role in building long-term client relationships and contributing to the commercial success of the consultancy, without a hard sales culture.
About You:
We\’re keen to hear from HR professionals (HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Hr Consultant) who thrive in advisory environments and enjoy working with a variety of clients and challenges.
Essential:
CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
Strong HR generalist/advisory background (SME experience highly beneficial)
Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases
Solid knowledge of UK employment law
Confident communicator able to explain HR matters clearly and pragmatically
Excellent organisation and workload management skills
Desirable:
Experience in HR consultancy or professional services
Mediation, coaching, or additional employment law qualifications
Experience delivering workshops, training, or webinars
Exposure to HR audits, engagement initiatives, or HR systems
Experience supporting settlement agreements
