Role Overview:

As an HR Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted partner to SME clients, delivering high-quality, hands-on HR advice across the full generalist remit. You’ll support everything from day-to-day HR queries to complex employee relations cases, organisational change, and the development of robust HR frameworks.

You’ll also play a key role in building long-term client relationships and contributing to the commercial success of the consultancy, without a hard sales culture.

About You:

We’re keen to hear from HR professionals (HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Hr Consultant) who thrive in advisory environments and enjoy working with a variety of clients and challenges.

Essential:

• CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
• Strong HR generalist/advisory background (SME experience highly beneficial)
• Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law
• Confident communicator able to explain HR matters clearly and pragmatically
• Excellent organisation and workload management skills

Desirable:

• Experience in HR consultancy or professional services
• Mediation, coaching, or additional employment law qualifications
• Experience delivering workshops, training, or webinars
• Exposure to HR audits, engagement initiatives, or HR systems
• Experience supporting settlement agreements
