Immediate Start | 6 Month FTC | £40,000 | Hybrid - Liverpool | Financial Services

The Role: This is more than diary management; you’ll be a trusted partner to senior executives, playing a crucial role in ensuring their time, priorities, and objectives are delivered efficiently.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and able to build strong relationships at all levels
  • Confidence to use initiative and make decisions
  • A flexible, adaptable approach
  • Absolute discretion and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complex diary and time management, resolving conflicts and prioritising effectively
  • Managing travel logistics (UK & occasional international)
  • Coordinating senior-level meetings, off-sites & events
  • Liaising with stakeholders across industry, government & regulatory bodies
  • Supporting onboarding, appraisals & team coordination
  • Handling expenses, invoices, and administrative approvals

About You:

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure
  • Advanced communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to build trusting relationships across teams and stakeholders
  • High level of IT literacy and professionalism
