The Role: This is more than diary management; you’ll be a trusted partner to senior executives, playing a crucial role in ensuring their time, priorities, and objectives are delivered efficiently.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and able to build strong relationships at all levels
- Confidence to use initiative and make decisions
- A flexible, adaptable approach
- Absolute discretion and professionalism
Key Responsibilities:
- Complex diary and time management, resolving conflicts and prioritising effectively
- Managing travel logistics (UK & occasional international)
- Coordinating senior-level meetings, off-sites & events
- Liaising with stakeholders across industry, government & regulatory bodies
- Supporting onboarding, appraisals & team coordination
- Handling expenses, invoices, and administrative approvals
About You:
- Proven experience supporting senior executives
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure
- Advanced communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to build trusting relationships across teams and stakeholders
- High level of IT literacy and professionalism
