As Area Manager, you will play a pivotal part in shaping outstanding early years experiences. You’ll work closely with Nursery Managers and their teams, ensuring high standards, compliance, and inspirational teaching across every setting. This role offers autonomy, variety, and the chance to influence the success of a close-knit early years group.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring Nursery Managers across 5 settings
- Driving quality, compliance, and continuous improvement (EYFS & Ofsted)
- Supporting recruitment, performance, and professional development
- Providing hands-on guidance during challenges and key operational moments
- Embedding a positive culture focused on children’s outcomes and staff wellbeing
What We’re Looking For
You will thrive in this role if you are:
- An experienced Nursery Manager ready for multi-site responsibility or
- An established Area/Regional Manager seeking a new opportunity
And you bring:
- A Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum) or Early Years degree or QBE
- Good understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted frameworks
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset and natural leadership style
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
