The Role
- Delivery-focused position ensuring office moves, new site launches and IT change projects are delivered seamlessly.
- Ensure employees arrive on day one able to log in, connect, collaborate and get straight to work with minimal disruption.
- Deliver IT workplace and office move projects from planning through to go‑live.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams across internal IT teams, suppliers and business stakeholders.
- Support new office openings, site moves and technology deployments.
- Ensure workplace technology, networks, meeting rooms and end‑user equipment are fully operational.
- Be on‑site during key delivery phases, resolving issues quickly and keeping projects on track.
- Communicate confidently with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Identify risks early and proactively resolve issues before they impact the business.
- Continuously improve delivery processes and project outcomes.
About You
- IT change delivery, workplace technology or project delivery experience.
- Office relocations, site launches or infrastructure deployment experience.
- Coordinating internal IT teams, suppliers and business stakeholders.
- Managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Problem‑solving and taking ownership of delivery.
- Working confidently in environments where priorities can change quickly.
- Experience within insurance or financial services.
- Exposure to MSPs or third‑party supplier management.
