We are delighted to be partnering with a long-standing and highly regarded insurance group, known for its strong client relationships and commitment to service excellence.
We’re looking for a motivated and personable Insurance Advisor to join their growing team in Burnham.
If you have some experience in general insurance and are client focussed, and ready to grow in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Role Overview:
- Offering advice to clients on a wide range of general insurance products
- Understanding client needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions
- Managing applications, renewals, and claims with accuracy and efficiency
- Keeping clients informed about policy options, new products, and changes in the market
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships to ensure excellent customer service
- Responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints professionally
- Keeping accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
About You:
- Knowledge of general insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident communicator
- A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Great time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Prior experience in an insurance advisory, customer service, or client support role
- Professional insurance qualifications (such as CII) – bonus but not a requirement
