Pink Worm Recruitment is partnering with an established and well-reputed HR consultancy to find an experienced HR Consultant to support a diverse SME client base across sectors.
Role Overview:
- You’ll be the go-to advisor, trusted to provide expert, practical HR advice that balances people, policy, and performance.
- Be the first point of contact for a portfolio of SME clients.
- Deliver practical, confident HR advice on complex ER issues (disciplinaries, grievances, absence).
- Draft and review contracts, handbooks, and HR policies.
- Deliver tailored management training sessions.
- Support specialist HR projects (e.g. settlement agreements, engagement surveys, audits).
About You:
- CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent HR qualification.
- Strong HR advisory/consultancy background (ideally with SMEs).
- Solid grasp of UK employment law and its real-world application.
- Confident delivering HR training sessions and workshops.
- Skilled in ER casework, policy writing, and documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
- A clear, confident communicator who builds instant trust with clients.
- Commercial acumen; understands the real business impact of HR.
