Starting £46,000 plus £450 p/m car allowance + expenses

PinkWorm Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading Health & Safety Consultancy to find a driven Health & Safety Consultant to join their expanding UK-wide team.

The Role:

As a Health & Safety Consultant, you’ll be the go-to expert for a diverse portfolio of clients. From site visits to strategic advice, you'll help businesses stay compliant, safe, and successful.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Deliver expert Health & Safety consultancy services across various sectors
• ✅ Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• ✅ Develop and install tailored H&S policies, reports, and documentation
• ✅ Provide clear, practical advice to clients based on current legislation and best practices
• ✅ Build strong client relationships and ensure ongoing support and satisfaction
• ✅ Deliver in-person and virtual H&S training when required
• ✅ Contribute to the company’s helpline and internal support network as needed

About You:

• A solid background in Health & Safety, with relevant technical/professional qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH)
• Ideally hold Chartered Status (CMIOSH) or working towards
• Up-to-date knowledge of legislation, codes of practice, and industry standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal
• Outstanding time management and organisational abilities
• A strong commitment to client service and consultancy excellence
• Full UK driving licence (clean) and access to a vehicle
