💼 To £65,000 + £4,800 Car Allowance

📍 Hybrid with travel as required.

Flexible Location – Ideally West Mids or South West based

Are you a strategic operator with a passion for driving change, leading transformation, and optimising performance across multiple divisions?

Our clients, a well respected and established insurance group are looking to add an experienced Group Head of Operations to join there growing group.

This is a Group-level leadership position reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, where will oversee both Broking and Consultancy divisions.

✅ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the successful onboarding of acquisitions across the Group
• Leading change initiatives
• Project managing
• Driving operational efficiencies, process improvements, and new procedures
• Collaborating with senior leadership and stakeholders

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a senior operations role, ideally at group or multi-division level
• Insurance background
• Good project management and organisational change experience
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and implementation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
