💷 Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 dependant on experience and interview

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

As an Employment Law Consultant, you\’ll become a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality, legally sound advice with a personal, empathetic touch.

🧠 Build lasting client relationships based on trust and tailored support

📞 Advise employers on a wide range of HR and employment issues

🎓 Deliver consultancy services such as training, hearings, and investigations

📚 Work on both contentious and non-contentious matters with the support of experienced legal experts

📲 Participate in a rota to offer clients 24/7 support

🚗 Occasionally visit clients on-site to strengthen partnerships

✅ What You’ll Need

• Solid understanding of Employment Law and HR advisory
• Previous consultancy experience is highly desirable
• Relevant qualifications such as LLB, LPC, CIPD Level 7 or QBE
• Confident handling:
• Performance & absence management
• Grievance & disciplinary issues
• Redundancy & TUPE
• Discrimination cases
• Tribunal/litigation experience is a bonus (not essential)
