Working Pattern: Full-time, Hybrid (2 days in office - Monday & Friday)

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 dependant on experience and interview

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Become a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality, legally sound advice with a personal, empathetic touch.
  • Build lasting client relationships based on trust and tailored support.
  • Advise employers on a wide range of HR and employment issues.
  • Deliver consultancy services such as training, hearings, and investigations.
  • Work on both contentious and non-contentious matters with the support of experienced legal experts.
  • Participate in a rota to offer clients 24/7 support.
  • Occasionally visit clients on-site to strengthen partnerships.

What You’ll Need

  • Solid understanding of Employment Law and HR advisory.
  • Previous consultancy experience is highly desirable.
  • Relevant qualifications such as LLB, LPC, CIPD Level 7 or QBE.
  • Confident handling of performance & absence management, grievance & disciplinary issues, redundancy & TUPE, discrimination cases.
  • Tribunal/litigation experience is a bonus (not essential).
