Employment Law Consultant – Nottingham | Up to £50,000 per annum | Hybrid (3 from home, 2 from office)

We’re working with a boutique agency that’s building something exciting – and they’re looking for an experienced Employment Law Consultant to come on board and help steer their clients through complex HR and legal challenges with clarity, confidence, and commercial edge.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s previously worked in a consultancy or advisory role, and wants to step into a position with ownership, variety, and real influence across a client base.
What you’ll be doing:- Providing clear, strategic advice on all aspects of employment law to clients across varied sectors
- Handling client caseloads and offering practical guidance on disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, redundancies, and tribunal preparation
- Delivering commercially sound, best-practice advice and acting as a trusted partner
- Occasionally visiting clients on-site – car allowance available where required
- Collaborating with an ambitious, close-knit team that’s growing fast and gaining real traction in the market
- Previous experience in an employment law consultancy or in-house advisory environment
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice – including tribunal experience and TUPE
- Confident communicator with a professional, down-to-earth style
- Ideally CIPD Level 5 or 7, or a legally qualified background
- Someone who thrives on solving problems, managing clients, and making things happen
