We’re working with a well reputed and growing professional services firm who are growing their Employment Law Advisory team. This is your opportunity to step into a consultative role that offers variety, complexity, development, and impact — all while working with a brilliant team in a supportive and agile environment. What You’ll Be Doing As an Employment Law Consultant, you\’ll become a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality, legally sound advice with a personal, empathetic touch. Build lasting client relationships based on trust and tailored support Advise employers on a wide range of HR and employment issues Deliver consultancy services such as training, hearings, and investigations Work on both contentious and non-contentious matters with the support of experienced legal experts Participate in a rota to offer clients 24/7 support Occasionally visit clients on-site to strengthen partnerships What You’ll Need Solid understanding of Employment Law and HR advisory Previous consultancy experience is highly desirable Relevant qualifications such as LLB, LPC, CIPD Level 7 or QBE Performance & absence management Grievance & disciplinary issues Tribunal/litigation experience is a bonus (not essential) What’s In It For You?
