We’re hiring an ambitious Account Executive to join a rapidly growing AI-powered SaaS company transforming the children’s social care sector. This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of growth with a product that already has strong market traction, an established inbound pipeline, and a clear product-market fit. You’ll be the first dedicated Account Executive in the business, owning the full sales cycle from discovery through to close while helping shape the future commercial strategy.
The platform helps children’s residential care providers reduce administrative burden, stay compliant, improve operational efficiency, and deliver better outcomes for young people through AI-driven compliance and care management tools. If you have experience selling SaaS into health, social care, compliance, or regulated sectors and want genuine autonomy and progression this role offers significant earning potential and long-term career growth.
The Role:- Run consultative discovery calls and tailored product demos
- Build relationships with: Registered Managers, Responsible Individuals, Operations Directors, Group Owners within children’s residential care
- Convert inbound opportunities
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate directly with founders on sales strategy, messaging, and positioning
- Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and pipeline management
- Feed customer insights, objections, and market trends back to the product team
- Consistently achieve and exceed ARR sales targets
- Experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS
- Experience delivering software demonstration
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quota
- Experience selling into: HealthTech, Social Care, CareTech, Compliance software, Regulated industries
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- UK-based with willingness to travel for meetings and events
- Experience selling: Care management software, Workforce management platforms, Compliance or quality assurance solutions
- Knowledge of: Ofsted frameworks, Children’s Homes Regulations, CQC or regulated care environments
- Uncapped commission structure with accelerators
