We’re looking for a senior, commercially driven B2B Marketing Manager to join Pinksheep in a newly created role with real influence. This is a high-impact position reporting directly to the Sales and Operations Directors, working closely with our Business Developers and Sales Account Managers to shape how Pinksheep shows up in the market. The core focus of this role is to generate high-quality, qualified leads for our Business Development team, while building a strong, credible brand presence in the corporate and enterprise market. You’ll define and deliver a B2B marketing strategy that supports pipeline growth, improves conversion, and positions Pinksheep as a leader in sustainable promotional merchandise. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full marketing engine — strategy, execution, performance — and who understands how great marketing directly fuels commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Marketing Function: Own and develop Pinksheep’s central marketing activity, managing internal and external resources to ensure alignment, collaboration, and consistency across all marketing output.
  • B2B Demand Generation & Lead Quality: Design and deliver B2B marketing campaigns focused on generating qualified leads for Business Developers. Work closely with sales to define target audiences, lead criteria, messaging, and handover processes. Partner with Business Developers and Sales Account Managers to create impactful sales tools, presentations, case studies, and campaign materials that support client acquisition, upselling, and retention.
  • Brand & Market Positioning: Lead the evolution of the Pinksheep brand in the B2B market, ensuring a consistent tone of voice and clear value proposition that resonates with corporate decision-makers.
  • Sustainability & Purpose-Led Marketing: Clearly and credibly communicate Pinksheep’s sustainability credentials and platforms, including Ora, EcoVadis, and GreenMark, positioning us as a trusted partner and avoiding greenwashing. Define, track, and report on marketing KPIs including lead volume, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution. Use insight and analysis to refine strategy and demonstrate ROI.
  • Client & Partner Engagement: Develop marketing initiatives that strengthen relationships with existing clients and strategic partners, supporting long‑term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Core Brand Projects: Deliver central brand assets such as sales brochures, product guides, campaign toolkits, case studies, and thought leadership content that spans multiple product categories.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, Account Management, and Product teams to ensure marketing activity supports wider business objectives and delivers measurable commercial impact.

About You

  • Proven experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within a service-led, professional services, or SME environment (examples of successful projects and campaigns must be provided).
  • Demonstrable track record of generating qualified leads and supporting sales pipelines.
  • Exceptional copywriting and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of brand identity and creative design principles.
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, lead nurturing, and sales alignment.
  • Excellent knowledge and real-world application of using AI.
  • Highly organised, data-driven, and commercially focused.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • A genuine interest in sustainability and responsible business.

Why Join Pinksheep?

  • A newly created, senior role with genuine influence over strategy and growth.
  • Direct access to senior leadership and close collaboration with sales.
  • The opportunity to shape B2B marketing in a purpose-led, sustainability-focused business.
  • Work with leading corporate brands while helping to drive positive environmental impact.
