Pinkmead Bistro & Tearooms is a growing independent restaurant set in a beautiful and unique location in the Hampshire village of Botley. We are adjacent to an equestrian centre with views from the restaurant into their indoor arena and out onto open fields.

We are looking for someone who will be a long-term member of our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wishes to develop and progress their career in restaurant management.
Recent experience in a similar role is required. You\’ll need to be flexible with your working times and be available to work weekends, some evenings and weekdays during busy holiday periods.
To be suitable for the role, you\’ll need to:
- have excellent interpersonal skills, a warm and engaging personality
- have a flexible and hands-on approach to work, and be competent in controlling the venue, whether you\’re working independently or with your team
- have strong planning and organisational skills
- have the ability to remain calm in stressful situations, be able to problem solve and think on your feet to make decisions confidently, and deal effectively with guest feedback and complaints
- have a strong eye for detail and presentation, and a wish to present the venue at its best at all times
- have good business awareness, be innovative and excited to help grow an independent small business.
As the successful candidate, you will help with running the day to day operational aspects of the restaurant including stock management, cash management and health and safety. But first and foremost giving our guests a great experience will always be your priority.
