We are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join our team to manage the development and delivery of brand, website and ongoing campaign and digital marketing activity for global fintech clients. If you are an energetic go-getter, who loves their clients and has agency experience at at least an Account Executive level, then we would love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities:

  • You’ll be the first point of contact for your clients. Building strong client relationships is key.
  • You are the bridge between creative and the client – carefully balancing the two to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • You’ll need to be able to think on your feet and be experienced enough to handle most things thrown at you.
  • The work is multi-channel and you’ll need to be comfortable with managing multiple work streams at the same time.
  • The role has elements of both project and account management.
  • Cost proposals, scheduling and budgeting are things you’ll do every day, along with talking to your clients and making sure they are happy.
  • You’ll regularly present budgets, timelines and work on to your clients.
  • Accountability for budget control and reporting revenue to the Finance Director.
  • Studio work loading for the PG Team.
  • You’ll need to be sensitive to client budgets but always thinking with your commercial hat on.
