The role involves managing the development and delivery of brand, website, and ongoing campaign and digital marketing activity for global fintech clients. We are looking for an energetic go-getter with agency experience at least at the Account Executive level.

Key responsibilities:
- You’ll be the first point of contact for your clients. Building strong client relationships is key.
- You are the bridge between creative and the client – carefully balancing the two to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- You’ll need to be able to think on your feet and be experienced enough to handle most things thrown at you.
- The work is multi-channel and you’ll need to be comfortable with managing multiple work streams at the same time.
- The role has elements of both project and account management.
- Cost proposals, scheduling, and budgeting are daily tasks, along with ensuring client satisfaction.
- You’ll regularly present budgets, timelines, and work to your clients.
- Accountability for budget control and reporting revenue to the Finance Director.
- Studio work loading for the PG Team.
- You’ll need to be sensitive to client budgets while always thinking commercially.
