Assigned to one of Pinkerton’s largest global clients, the Regional Lead Intelligence Analyst is responsible for executing global intelligence analysis services in support of the Global Security Intelligence program. The Analyst is the regional point of contact, performs day‑to‑day monitoring, conducts trend identification and analysis, and facilitates deeper research and assessment of key topics or issues relevant to Global Security needs. This position can be based anywhere (remote) within the United Kingdom.

- Serve as the Regional Point of Contact and report team needs/changes to the Global Lead Intelligence Analyst, the Program Manager, and/or the Account Management team, as needed.
- Manage the collection of intelligence information used to populate various standard reports and updates.
- Monitor press, intelligence subscriptions, social media posts, and other online sources daily.
- Monitor, track, and communicate impact to the customer.
- Continuously monitor and refine OSINT tools, subscriptions, and queries.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and partners across multiple lines of business.
- Effectively work as part of an interdisciplinary, global team managing multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
- Develop and/or improve standard operating procedures and program documents.
- Establish and maintain systematic cross‑referenced intelligence records and files.
- Articulate key findings extrapolated from sourced data with a focus on the assigned region, including providing written assessments, formal report writing, and verbal briefings to Regional and Global Security customers.
- Review and provide feedback on reports from the regional team.
- Receive and process incoming report requests and messages.
- Initiate, execute, and maintain intelligence relationships inside and outside the organization.
- Partner with Account Management regarding any human resources issues for the team.
- Safeguard and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree with three to five years of related leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
- Knowledge of OSINT/SOCMINT or other intelligence analysis methodologies.
- Leadership experience, preferred.
- Able to write clearly, simply, and compellingly in English.
- Foreign language skills, preferred.
- Sound analytical judgement and ability to identify how geopolitics and international security concerns impact multinational corporations.
- Able to think critically and write objectively.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to complete assignments independently at prescribed deadlines.
- Able to build good relationships internally/externally and establish credibility quickly.
- Effective time management skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and under adverse and stressful conditions.
- Able to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with strong judgment, discretion, and diplomacy.
- Computer skills; Microsoft Office and Power Platform.

- Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
- Frequent sitting.
- Able to be on call 24/7.
- Travel, as required.
