Early Career Teachers – Join Our Bank of Staff
Pink Tile Education's Secondary Team are looking for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join our supportive bank of staff. Whether you're seeking a permanent role, ongoing short- or long-term placements, or ad hoc cover, we can help you explore your options before committing to a school.
We understand that starting your teaching journey can be exciting but challenging, and our team is here to provide guidance, support, and flexible opportunities to suit your needs.
Pay
£140 – £175 per day (Rate dependent on responsibilities and experience. The pay stated is inclusive of the additional 12.07% PAYE holiday.)
Working Hours
Typically between 8:00am – 3:30pm (Hours may vary depending on school placement)
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
- Passion for teaching and a willingness to learn in a supportive environment
