Pink Tile Education is working closely with a welcoming primary school in Hastings to recruit an experienced Year 6 Teacher for a long-term supply role, starting as soon as possible. This is a well-supported role within a collaborative Year 6 team, ideal for a teacher who enjoys working with upper KS2 pupils and wants the stability of a long-term booking without the pressure of full planning responsibilities.
The Role
- Teaching Year 6 on a part-time basis (3 days per week), with the potential to increase to 4 days.
- No planning required β all Maths and English planning is completed by the Year 6 team.
- Morning teaching will involve small group Maths and English, with three teachers working collaboratively.
- Afternoon teaching will involve teaching one of two Year 6 classes, delivering IPC lessons using provided planning.
- Preparing resources from existing plans where needed.
