Primary Classroom Support Assistant – Shoreham
Pink Tile Education is seeking a Primary Classroom Support Assistant for a friendly school in Shoreham.
This full‑time, on‑site role offers opportunities for career growth and gaining valuable experience in education.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher with daily learning activities.
- Lead small‑group activities and assist with classroom routines.
- Encourage pupil engagement and promote a positive learning environment.
- Assist with lessons in reading, writing, maths, phonics, social skills, confidence and behaviour expectations.
- Contract & Salary
Location: Shoreham Pay: £14.25 to £16.40 per hour Contract: Temporary, permanent or temp‑to‑perm opportunities available Start date: As soon as possible or September
Qualifications & Experience
- Positive, reliable, and confident working with children.
- Prior experience in school, childcare, care, tutoring, youth work, sports coaching, nursery work or after‑school clubs is desirable.
- Will undergo enhanced DBS check, right‑to‑work verification, reference checks and safeguarding suitability checks.
