Are you a passionate teacher looking to make a genuine difference in the lives of children with additional needs?
Pink Tile Education is recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist school in the Reading area for a Qualified Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis from September.
This specialist setting supports primary-aged pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), communication and interaction difficulties, and moderate to severe learning needs. With small class sizes and excellent support staff ratios, this is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who wants to focus on making an impact rather than managing large classes.
The role will involve:
β’ Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
β’ Supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs
β’ Working closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists and families
β’ Creating a positive, nurturing and structured learning environment
β’ Supporting both academic progress and personal development
