We are working with a highly-regarded secondary school in Crawley who are looking to appoint a Learning Associate to join their team full-time from September 2025 .

The Role

As a Learning Associate, you’ll be working closely with teaching staff to support pupils both in the classroom and during targeted interventions. You will:

• Provide in-class support across a range of subjects and year groups
• Help students engage with learning and make progress
• Offer pastoral and academic support to students who may need a little extra help
• Work one-to-one and in small groups to reinforce key concepts
• Build strong relationships with students and staff alike

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 2 months\’ experience working with children or young people (this could be in a school, youth work, tutoring, camps, mentoring, etc.)
• A proactive and compassionate approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• A genuine interest in education and supporting young people to succeed
