Responsibilities
- Help pupils access lessons, complete tasks, stay focused and feel included in the classroom.
- Support pupils 1:1, in small groups or across the class, depending on the needs of the school.
- Assist pupils with SEND, speech and language needs, autism, ADHD, SEMH needs or gaps in learning.
Qualifications
- Patient, reliable and positive attitude.
- Previous school experience is helpful, but experience in childcare, care, tutoring, youth work, coaching, nursery work or supporting children with additional needs would also be valuable.
