We are working closely with a specialist secondary provision in the Havant area that is looking to appoint a Maths Teacher on a full-time, long-term basis from September. This is a school that supports pupils with a range of additional needs, including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), alongside some pupils with learning difficulties and disrupted educational backgrounds. As such, the role is very much about building relationships, adapting teaching approaches, and re‑engaging students with maths in a way that feels accessible and relevant.

The school has invested heavily in its staffing structure, with strong support in place in every classroom, including experienced Learning Support Assistants and pastoral teams. Class sizes are smaller than mainstream, allowing for a more tailored and focused approach to teaching.
