Childcare Workers Wanted – Make a Real Difference Brighton & Hove | 8–40 hrs/week | Shift-Based | Permanent Are you experienced in residential childcare, youth support or SEN, and ready for your next big step? We’re looking for compassionate, resilient Childcare Workers to join a leading therapeutic care team supporting children and young people with complex emotional needs in a warm, structured residential setting.
