Are you experienced in residential childcare, youth support or SEN, and ready for your next big step? We’re looking for compassionate, resilient Childcare Workers to join a leading therapeutic care team supporting children and young people with complex emotional needs in a warm, structured residential setting.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support children 1:1 and in group settings
  • Help manage behaviour and emotions in a therapeutic way
  • Work closely with education and care professionals
  • Start on a structured training pathway to become a Therapeutic Carer

What You Need:

  • Experience in a similar care or support role
  • Empathy, reliability, and a calm approach
  • Flexibility for shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins
