Are you experienced in residential childcare, youth support or SEN, and ready for your next big step? We’re looking for compassionate, resilient Childcare Workers to join a leading therapeutic care team supporting children and young people with complex emotional needs in a warm, structured residential setting.
What You’ll Do:
- Support children 1:1 and in group settings
- Help manage behaviour and emotions in a therapeutic way
- Work closely with education and care professionals
- Start on a structured training pathway to become a Therapeutic Carer
