We’re seeking a resilient and caring Behaviour Support Assistant to join a specialist SEND school in Worthing. You’ll support primary-aged pupils with additional needs, helping them feel safe, engaged, and ready to learn.

The Role:

  • Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
  • Manage challenging behaviour using positive strategies
  • Assist with engaging classroom activities
  • Promote emotional regulation and confidence
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff

Key Details:

  • Location: Worthing
  • Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
  • Pay: £92.63 per day
  • Start: ASAP
