We’re seeking a resilient and caring Behaviour Support Assistant to join a specialist SEND school in Worthing. You’ll support primary-aged pupils with additional needs, helping them feel safe, engaged, and ready to learn.
The Role:
- Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
- Manage challenging behaviour using positive strategies
- Assist with engaging classroom activities
- Promote emotional regulation and confidence
- Work closely with teachers and support staff
Key Details:
- Location: Worthing
- Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
- Pay: £92.63 per day
- Start: ASAP
What We’re Looking For:
