Pink Tile Education is supporting a welcoming secondary school in Worthing in their search for a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team in September. This is a full-time permanent position teaching Maths across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting student progress, and contributing positively to the wider school community.
Role Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the national curriculum.
- Create engaging and differentiated lesson plans that meet the needs of all learners.
- Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.
- Prepare students effectively for GCSE examinations through structured teaching and revision strategies.

Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4.
- Strong subject knowledge across the Maths curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A commitment to supporting student achievement and wellbeing.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Must hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
