Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for flexible work in education? We are seeking skilled HLTAs to work across welcoming schools in

Worthing .

The Role

  • Support teachers with engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Lead whole-class, small-group and one-to-one activities.
  • Provide targeted support to pupils with additional learning needs.
  • Take responsibility for learning activities when required.
  • Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
  • Help manage positive classroom behaviour and maintain a supportive environment.

About You

We are looking for HLTAs who are

  • Experienced in an HLTA, TA, LSA or similar role.
  • Passionate about supporting children and young people.
  • Confident leading learning activities and managing classrooms.
  • Reliable, adaptable and able to use initiative.
  • Patient, enthusiastic and committed to pupil development.
  • Available for flexible work across
