Responsibilities
- Support pupils in lessons, help with small-group work, provide 1:1 support where needed and assist the class teacher with day-to-day learning.
- May support pupils with SEND, autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, speech and language needs, confidence, anxiety or gaps in learning.
Qualifications
- Bright, reliable and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in education and young people.
- A degree is helpful, but experience in tutoring, mentoring, coaching, childcare, care, youth work or SEND support will also be valued.
