Pink Tile Education is working with a welcoming school in Worthing that is looking to appoint a full-time Teaching Assistant to provide 2:1 support for a Year 10 student with SEMH needs. You will join an experienced Teaching Assistant and help the student continue to grow emotionally and academically, building trust, consistency and the strategies to stay engaged in learning.
The role involves working closely with teachers, pastoral staff and the SEN team to meet the pupil's individual needs.
