Pink Tile Education are looking for a Classroom Teaching Assistant to support a friendly primary school in Worthing. This role would suit someone who enjoys being part of the whole classroom, helping the teacher, supporting pupils and keeping the day running smoothly.
As a Classroom Teaching Assistant in Worthing, you will help pupils with their learning, support behaviour expectations, prepare classroom resources, work with small groups and provide general classroom support. You may also help children who need extra encouragement with reading, writing, maths, social skills or emotional regulation.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, warm, organised and confident working with children. You do not need to be a qualified teacher, but experience with children is highly desirable. This could be from schools, nurseries, childcare, clubs, tutoring, care work, sports coaching or youth work.
