We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Assistant to join our educational team in Worthing. This rewarding role involves supporting pupils who may experience social, emotional, behavioural, or additional learning needs, helping them to engage positively with education and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational, care, youth work, or support setting is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
