Pink Tile Education are recruiting for an Autism Support Teaching Assistant to join a specialist provision in Worthing. This Worthing setting supports pupils with autism, communication differences, sensory needs and anxiety around change. The school day is highly structured, and pupils need adults who can be predictable, patient and clear.
You will support learning, transitions, communication, regulation and independence. The school needs a Teaching Assistant who can follow routines, notice small changes in behaviour and help pupils feel understood.
