Pink Tile Education Ltd in Woodbridge, Suffolk, is recruiting an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support pupils with SEMH in a specialist setting.

You will lead lessons in the absence of the class teacher and contribute to EHCPs and pupil progress.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years HLTA experience (or suitable experience as an Unqualified Teacher or Cover Supervisor), experience with SEMH/SEND, strong behaviour management, and a calm, resilient approach.
