Pink Tile Education are looking for an Autism and Communication Teaching Assistant for a school in Uckfield. This role would suit someone who is patient, observant and able to support children with communication, routines and sensory needs.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils with autism, speech and language needs, ADHD, sensory processing needs, anxiety or wider SEND.
- Help pupils understand routines, access learning, manage transitions and feel included in the classroom.
- Provide 1:1 support, small-group work and close support alongside the class teacher and SENCO.

- Pay: £14.25 to £16.40 per hour

Qualifications
- Calm, consistent and genuinely interested in SEND.
- Experience with autism, speech and language support, care, childcare, schools, nurseries, youth work or tutoring would be useful.
