Pink Tile Education is proud to be supporting a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in the Bognor Regis area in their search for a committed and compassionate Teaching Assistant. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for someone who genuinely wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people. You will play a key role in supporting students to overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential within a positive and nurturing school environment.
The school is looking for someone who brings warmth, patience, and resilience, and who can form positive relationships with students who may need additional encouragement and guidance throughout their school day. You will work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to ensure every learner feels supported, valued, and able to succeed.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is desirable but not essential)
- Be caring, patient, and consistent in their approach
- Be confident in building positive, supportive relationships with students
- Work effectively as part of a collaborative and dedicated team
- Be motivated by helping young people achieve both academically and personally

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm. Pay includes an additional 12.07% PAYE holiday. We are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All applicants will be subject to relevant background checks, including an enhanced DBS.
