Youth Behaviour Teaching Assistant – Hastings
Pay: £14.25 to £16.40 per hour
Responsibilities
- Support pupils who may need help with behaviour, attendance, motivation, confidence, routines and emotional regulation.
- Work with pupils in class, during transitions, in small groups or through targeted support.
- Help pupils feel understood while also holding them to clear expectations.
