Youth Behaviour Teaching Assistant – Hastings

Pay: Β£14.25 to Β£16.40 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Support pupils who may need help with behaviour, attendance, motivation, confidence, routines and emotional regulation.
  • Work with pupils in class, during transitions, in small groups or through targeted support.
  • Help pupils feel understood while also holding them to clear expectations.
