SEMH Teaching Assistant – Hastings
Some pupils do not need someone to “manage” them. They need someone to understand them.
Pink Tile Education are looking for a SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Hastings who may present with anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma responses, challenging behaviour or difficulties accessing learning.
This Hastings role is ideal for someone who is patient, emotionally intelligent and not easily shaken. You will support pupils in lessons, during transitions and at difficult moments in the school day, helping them reset, re-engage and make progress.
We are recruiting for temporary, permanent and temp-to-permanent SEMH Teaching Assistant roles across Hastings.

Pay: £14.25–£16.40 per hour
