Regulation Support Teaching Assistant – Hastings

Pink Tile Education is recruiting a Regulation Support Teaching Assistant for schools in Hastings, supporting pupils who need help with emotions, behaviour, routines and relationships.
This role is perfect for someone who understands that behaviour is communication. You will help pupils in Hastings manage big feelings, return to learning after difficult moments and build the trust they need to succeed in school.
Experience with SEMH, SEND, behaviour, autism, trauma‑informed practice, youth work, care or mentoring would be helpful, but attitude matters most.
Temporary, permanent and temp‑to‑permanent roles are available in Hastings.
Pay: £14.25–£16.40 per hour
