Pink Tile Education are recruiting for a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to support the inclusion and pastoral team at a secondary school in Hastings.
This Hastings secondary school is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils who may be struggling with behaviour, attendance, confidence, routines or engagement in lessons. You will work closely with pastoral staff, teachers and senior leaders to help pupils make better choices and stay connected to school.
The role requires a calm, consistent approach with the ability to hold boundaries without creating unnecessary confrontation. You will be supporting pupils in lessons, around the school site and during moments when they need help to reset.
This Hastings Behaviour Teaching Assistant role would suit someone with experience in secondary schools, behaviour support, youth work, sports coaching, mentoring, care or support work.
