Overview
Sports Behaviour Teaching Assistant – Hastings. Pay £14.25 to £16.40 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils who may need help with behaviour, focus, motivation, confidence and emotional regulation.
- Your ability to build relationships, encourage resilience and model positive behaviour will be important.
- Some pupils respond particularly well to structure, movement, clear expectations and a trusted adult who does not give up on them.
