We are currently recruiting Senior Learning Support Assistants (Senior LSAs) for SEN and SEMH schools across Slough. These roles involve supporting children and young people with additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, and learning difficulties within specialist education settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students 1:1 and in small groups
- Lead and support learning activities within the classroom
- Assist with behaviour support and emotional regulation
- Build strong relationships with students and staff
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
- Support and guide junior staff where required
